вЂњI Wonder if Heaven Got a GhettoвЂќ was initially released as B-side in 1993, but took on a new meaning when it was released on R U Still Down?, the rapperвЂ™s first posthumous album.ДЄnother cut off Loyal to the Game, вЂњThugs Get Lonely TooвЂќ was a success not just because of EminemвЂ™s shepherding, but because Eminem (like Tupac) had a working relationship with Nate Dogg. The titular question is, of course, metaphorical, but the earnestness in 2pacвЂ™s voice almost makes the question sound literal. He was venomous one moment and disarmingly earnest the next. He might be the first rapper people associate with the word вЂњpoet,вЂќ even to this day. Tupac was brash, bombastic, and headstrong, but he was also one of the most introspective rappers of his age. Somehow, all of this came together on Loyal to the GameвЂ™s lead single вЂњGhetto Gospel,вЂќ making it one of the definite singles of 2004. The documentary Tupac: Resurrection had been in theaters just a year earlier Eminem, a lifelong Tupac devotee, was a global superpower and had defiantly performed вЂњStanвЂќ at the Grammys with Elton John, and thanks to Kanye, sampling was bigger than ever. вЂњGhetto GospelвЂќ is another cut from Loyal to the Game, and despite being a posthumous release, itвЂ™s an incredibly of-the-era song and a few factors led to its success. It wouldnвЂ™t get a proper release until 2004вЂ™s Eminem-produced Loyal to the Game. Adding to the songвЂ™s reputation was the fact that Pac performed вЂњOut on BailвЂќ at the first Source Awards before Interscope pulled it from Thug LifeвЂ™s debut album. This was before his longer prison stint вЂ“ earlier in life when a 15-day stint cost him a role in Menace II Society. IвЂ™ll definitely be coming back to this one.Hip-hop has always involved a degree of self-mythologizing, so for better or worse, it helped 2pacвЂ™s credibility that heвЂ™d actually been to jail. ItвЂ™s a great and an emotional track, reminds me of вЂњWhite ManвЂ™z WorldвЂќ. Sounds more like a skit that just samples vocals and interviews (some of which were already used on this and other version of the album) over a decent beat.ДЇinal track, and once again a track that did not appear on the other version. Everything else is exactly the same.ДЄnother track that did not appear on the other version. Slightly different intro and outro used here, and the bassline is also slightly different (might be the same but sounds different to me, because the beat also isnвЂ™t as polished, which makes the bass stronger). Might be the sample/s used here (which, I believe by listening to it, samples Michael JacksonвЂ™s вЂњHuman NatureвЂќ).

And I donвЂ™t know why but it sounds familiar, even though I know that IвЂ™ve never heard it before. Very nice track, but I donвЂ™t know if it belongs on the album. Yet another track that did not make the other release that also sounds upbeat but less than вЂњLost SoulsвЂќ. The other version is better, but something about this one is kinda creepy and hauntingвЂ¦ The beat is also very similar but slightly different, in the way that it is slower, has slightly different melodies and is not as polished. The intro almost identical, but is cleaner on this one and just slightly different. I also realize that вЂњTo Live & Die in L.A.вЂќ is upbeat, but it still feels like it belongs on the album. All I know is that this track did not make the other release, and that itвЂ™s an enjoyable track but doesnвЂ™t belong on the album, as the beat is too upbeat for the rest of the album. ThatвЂ™s it.ДЄlternate version? I havenвЂ™t even heard the original version so I canвЂ™t compare them. The only difference I see here is the beat doesnвЂ™t sound as polished as the other one. See Also Outlawz - Perfect Timing (September 13, 2011) The beat also sounds not as polished as the other one, but itвЂ™s not very noticeable unless you really pay attention to it. Anyway, the intro uses the same sample, but is clearer than the other one. For the record, I like the remixed one better.ДЄh, my favourite track off the album. Intro is also different, and so is the hook. The beat is very different than the remixed version, and it is also not polished.

This track has a remix that is well known within his fanbase, called вЂњFuck FriendzвЂќ. Everything else is exactly the same, as far as I heard.ДЄnother track that didnвЂ™t appear on the other release. Beat is also slightly different, it doesnвЂ™t have the guitar during the hook in the background like the other does. Intro is different than the other one, thatвЂ™s obvious right from the start. As for the track itself, the intro uses the same intro used for вЂњTo Live & Die in L.A.вЂќ and the beat is also not polished. Very good diss track though, nice and mellow beat but he goes hard on it and attacks many east coast artists. This diss song obviously didnвЂ™t make the other release.
